Missionary Wanjala Reports from West Pokot

We thank God for His faithfulness here in West Pokot. By His grace, we have

continued reaching unreached people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and making

disciples. Though the church is growing slowly, we see the hand of God at work. Many

people in this area struggle with alcoholism, yet we remain hopeful, knowing that the

Lord is building His church in His perfect time.

We rejoice to share a special testimony. God has brought two women into the church

who were once known in the community for excessive drunkenness. Many people had

given up on them, but the Lord did not. Today, they are faithful church members. We

are teaching them the Word of God, praying with them, and discipling them. We believe

that He who began a good work in them will carry it to completion. God’s Word is

transforming their lives, and we trust Him for total restoration.

Our Sunday school ministry is also growing. Every Sunday morning, I gather the

children for teaching, and, after the lesson, I provide small snacks for them. This simple

act has encouraged more children to come, and now the small room we use is

completely full. It is a great joy to see young hearts learning about Jesus.

We continue to plant seeds in faith, trusting God for the harvest. We supported a

couple with food after hearing they had not eaten for some days. We also bought them

clothes.  Thank you very much for your prayers, love, support, and for visiting or

sending us missionaries in the field. Your partnership strengthens us and makes this

ministry possible. May the Lord bless you abundantly as you serve Him faithfully.
